The situation regarding the COVID-19 is one for serious concern and caution. Many of us here in North America are experiencing many changes due to various regulations set forth by our government. I want to take this time to assure you, that TechMalak remains committed to delivering on our promise of world-class customer care. This platform is the lifeblood of our business which you are apart of. Since our small staff works remotely, safety measures are easy to carry out.

In the event an outbreak occurs in Ontario Canada, we’re prepared to activate our Pandemic Response Plan and do the following:

  • Ensure regular digital communication with our customers and employees

  • Bring in qualified contractors to fill vacant roles due to employee illness

  • Continue to review guidance from local, provincial, and federal government agencies and implement updated action plans as needed.

  • Inform you of any downtime in the event of a mass pandemic
